Designs are developed in alignment with the school’s budget, timeline, and overall vision.

We identify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that support the approved design and the unique needs of each space. Recommendations consider performance, durability, aesthetics, ergonomics, budget, lead times, and regional availability. Schools receive clear product recommendations and specifications to support confident decision-making.

We leverage our extensive manufacturer network to source FF&E that meets each project’s design, performance, budget, and timeline requirements. Our team manages quotations, purchasing, vendor coordination, order tracking, freight, logistics, and delivery. 

We coordinate delivery and installation to help ensure furnishings arrive on schedule and are installed according to the approved plans. Services may include freight coordination, receiving, delivery scheduling, installation drawings, assembly, placement, and on-site supervision. Installation solutions are tailored to the project location, schedule, and available local and international resources.

Our support can continue throughout the project and after installation. We coordinate with school leadership, architects, contractors, manufacturers, and other project partners to address questions, changes, and evolving needs. Post-installation support may include punch-list coordination, warranty assistance, replacement items, and planning for future phases.
